Each of the Classic models is Scottys salute to a classic design that has endured for many years. The Classic 2.5 takes the Classic 2 design and combines the Classic 1 neck or plumbers neck for a different toe hang and look at the ball. The 2.5 featured a sightline for alignment and a radius topline in order to square the putter perfectly. The 2.5 still has the heavy toe, but with the plumbers neck toe flow is controlled because of the offset and the position of the shaft on the head. There was 3° of loft on the 2.5 and a D2 swingweight, 72° lie and 34.5 in length.
